    2017 Dome Days

The 2017 Dome Days are almost upon us, and here is what to expect...

    • WB Baseball has the entire dome from 5:10 – 7:10 every Wednesday night from January thru March.
    • Our group is not allowed to enter the dome until 5:05, so please do not drop your kids off early.
    • 7/8 year-olds should report to the easternmost section of the dome.
    • 9-14 year-olds should report to the middle field of the dome.
    • The first 30 minutes of each night (following a brief warm-up/stretch) will be a focused time of playing catch and developing arm strength for all ages
    • 7/8 year-olds will then have their own section of the dome where they will be kept active with batting practice and a controlled scrimmage depending on numbers. The main goal with this group is FUN.
    • The groupings of 9/10’s, 11/12’s and 13/14’s will rotate through 3 stations each night that will be 25 minutes apiece. There will be one hitting station and 2 other stations for fundamentals that will change on a weekly basis at the coaches’ discretion.
    • It is okay for your child to come late or leave early if they need to – we want them to get as much practice as they can.
    • If you are willing to help, please approach any WB Baseball board member when you arrive (or even better, in advance) and we will make good use of you. The more coaches/parents we have helping out, the more each player will get out of the dome sessions.
